By installing, accessing, or using the Instagram Scraper Chrome extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Instagram Scraper is a Chrome browser extension that allows users to extract publicly available data from Instagram, including but not limited to:

  • Posts (images, videos, captions, likes, comments)
  • Reels and Stories metadata
  • User profiles (usernames, bios, follower counts)
  • Followers and Following lists
  • Comments and replies
  • Hashtag search results

3. Service Tiers

The Service is offered in two tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited to 30 rows per export operation. Includes basic export formats (CSV, JSON, HTML) and all scraper types.
  • Premium Tier: Unlimited exports per operation, all export formats (CSV, JSON, XLSX, XML, TXT), available through Monthly ($19.99/month), Annual ($199/year), or Lifetime ($79 one-time) subscriptions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the extracted data for spamming, harassment, or any malicious activities
  • Not resell or redistribute the extracted data without proper authorization
  • Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of Instagram users
  • Not attempt to circumvent any rate limiting or technical restrictions

5. Data Usage and Privacy

The Service extracts only publicly available data from Instagram. We do not:

  • Access private Instagram accounts or content
  • Store your Instagram login credentials
  • Collect personal information beyond what is necessary for the Service
  • Share extracted data with third parties

6. Premium Subscription and Payments

Premium subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for monthly or annual plans until cancelled
  • The pricing terms displayed at the time of purchase

Premium access tokens are for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred to other users.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all premium plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 14 days of purchase, contact us at support@aikc.net for a full refund.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. For monthly and annual subscriptions:

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain premium access until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Lifetime subscriptions do not require cancellation and provide perpetual access.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Compatibility with future versions of Chrome or Instagram
  • The accuracy or completeness of extracted data

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Actions taken by Instagram or other platforms based on your use of the Service
  • Third-party claims related to your use of extracted data

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms of Service with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for new subscriptions

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Abuse of the Service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion
